2、能夠獨立編纂籃球教案、對籃球的教學方式、比賽規則、籃球文化有獨到的見解；
3、有較強的組織能力和溝通能力以及嚴格的執行能力；
4、有強烈的工作激情、出色的獨立思考和推動能力，愿意為青少年籃球事業做出貢獻；
5、體育院校畢業、專業隊教練、退役隊員或具備其它相關技能和條件者優先錄用。

5, male height is not less than 1.8 meters, female height is not less than 1.75 meters.
