3、有較強(qiáng)的組織能力和溝通能力以及嚴(yán)格的執(zhí)行能力；
4、有強(qiáng)烈的工作激情、出色的獨(dú)立思考和推動能力，愿意為青少年籃球事業(yè)做出貢獻(xiàn)；
5、體育院校畢業(yè)、專業(yè)隊(duì)教練、退役隊(duì)員或具備其它相關(guān)技能和條件者優(yōu)先錄用。
1. Have basketball professional knowledge and skills, and love basketball education and teaching;

3. Strong organizational and communication skills and strict execution skills;

5, male height is not less than 1.8 meters, female height is not less than 1.75 meters.
6. Graduates of physical education colleges, professional team coaches, retired players or other relevant skills and conditions are preferred.
