? Manage the complete wine program needs of the Food and Beverage Division. Assist in managing one or more full-service food and beverage outlet(s) on a daily basis.
管理餐飲部門整體的葡萄酒計劃。協(xié)助管理一家或多家綜合服務餐飲營業(yè)場所的每日運營。
? Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任職要求
Required Skills –
技能要求
? Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
? 完全代表酒店,品牌和公司與顧客,員工和第三方交往的能力。
? Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
? 持有當地政府規(guī)定的含酒精飲品知識課程證書或食品服務許可證或有效的健康或食品上崗證。
? Able to read and write English
? 能夠讀寫英語。
Qualifications –
學歷
? High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
高中或酒店管理,餐飲或相關領域的職業(yè)證書。
Experience –
經歷
? 1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred
1年相關工作經歷,或與此相當的教育和相關工作經驗結合的背景。具有酒類品牌,啤酒,香檳,非酒精飲料,專用玻璃器皿,準備方法和裝飾品知識者優(yōu)先考慮。
