Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
1.1 Ensure a full pipeline of candidates through the publication of roles, both internally and externally, and provide for a smooth process for candidates on all levels (from worker up to Manager).
1.2 Works closely with the business in order to fully understand the organization structures of all teams.
1.3 Identifies new sourcing channels to support the various pipelines and talent needs across the organization.
1.4 Helps actively drive all sourcing channels, including employee referrals, utilization of vendors, campus recruitment, etc.
1.5 Takes active part in the full cycle of recruitment efforts, with emphasis on robust assessment in order to effectively evaluate candidates and ensure the best fit.
1.6 Delivers the weekly/monthly recruitment report.
2. Onboarding and HR system maintenance: Responsible for employee onboarding procedures, new employee orientation training and maintain HR system timely.
3. Employee Relations: Monitors workplace atmosphere to identify any current issues or trends; Counsels managers on identifying issues and implementing corrective actions, while also seeking opportunities to increase employee engagement.
4. HR Contact Window to Employee: Addresses all employee questions and queries regarding all HR functions.
Job Requirements:
1. Junior college degree or above;
2. At least 3 years working experience in recruitment;
3. Good read and written English;
4. Good communication and result-oriented;
5. Quick learner.
