Responsible for the ordering, storing and issuing of Housekeeping items, with a strict control of all items.
負責客房部備品的訂購、儲存及發貨并嚴格控制所有備品。
1. Maintains a par stock in Housekeeping store and ensures that required supplies are available to all floors.
保持一個標準的倉儲量,并能滿足樓層的需要。
2. Receives weekly requisitions from supervisors in order to prepare General Store requisition accordingly and submits to the Executive Housekeeper for approval.
接到樓層主管交來的每周提貨單后相應準備好總倉提貨單,并呈交行政管家審批。
3. Spot check requisitions against the supplies in the pantry for accuracy.
將樓層領班的提貨單與樓層工作間的物品進行抽樣對比以確保準確。
4. In charge of issuing guest supplies record-keeping of the same.
負責客用品的回收和發放工作并使之保持一致。
5. Report to executive Housekeeper any difference in quantity or quality of received items, and of shortage of supplies.
收到貨物后,抽查其數量和質量。任何質量和數量的不符都要向行政管家匯報。
6. Keep track and update all records of goods received and issued accordingly.
作好所有收到和發出貨物的登記工作,并不斷進行更新。
7. Keep an accurate record of the monthly consumption of supplies and store inventory, submit report to Executive Housekeeper with the final figures at the beginning of each month.
